Eddington Insurance Services, Inc. was incorporated on 01/11/1996 by Stephen M. Eddington. The name was changed to Eddington Insurance Agency, Inc. on 08/25/1997 in part to settle a lawsuit brought by Steve's younger brother Peter R. Eddington.
